Shipping Information:

Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days.  If you’re in a hurry, please contact me and I’ll do my best to get it out sooner.  You can choose one of two options for US addresses -  USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive, or Priority Shipping which is usually 2-3 days. For international buyers, I offer First Class International through the USPS which takes 1-8 weeks depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to know your country’s policies and customs fees. All international customs forms will have accurate information about the contents of the package and their value. You are responsible for paying any customs fees or VAT taxes that might be imposed.

Return Policy:

I want you to be happy with what you purchase, therefore I do my best to accurately describe each item, including measurements and I always provide several photos of items taken from different perspectives.  That said, I realize sometimes buying online is hard. If you have questions about an item, feel free to reach out to me so I can provide more information. I handle returns on a case by case basis so if for some reason an item does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 5 days of delivery to discuss options.  If you want to exchange an item for store credit, you will need to ship the item back to me at your expense within 14 days. Items must arrive in original condition. Occasionally I will allow a return for refund minus the shipping fees. Returns or exchanges are not allowed on custom work. If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please reach out to me so I can make it right. I stand behind my work!

Jewelry Care:

You are purchasing a piece of wearable art. As such, you should treat it with care.  Don’t wear your jewelry while you are showering, swimming or doing strenuous activities! Always take off your rings when hand washing or applying lotions or sunscreens as these can damage stones.  Sterling silver and other metals can develop patina over time. It can be removed with a jewelry polishing cloth which you can purchase in my shop or through other retailers. Only use the cloth on the metal and avoid the stones.
